PRINCIPAL'S HONOUR ROLL

 

Students who earn an academic average of 85-100 (Grades 7-9) and 80-100 (Grades 10-11) will be included in the Principal’s Honour Roll.

ASSESMENT POLICY

Assessments are ongoing and include :
• Diagnostic Tests
• End of Term and End of Year Examinations
• Six Weeks Assessment / Monthly Tests

• Classwork / Home Work / Projects

EXAMINATION GUIDELINES

Students are required to sit ALL examinations set by the school. Students will only be excused on the grounds of illness which MUST be supported by medical evidence in the form of a doctor’s certificate of notification.

 

Students MUST be properly attired in their uniforms and be on time for all exams. Where a student is 30 or more minutes late then said student will be barred from sitting the examination. Students who are caught cheating on an examination will have their paper taken away and they will be given a grade of zero for that examination only.

ABSENCE FROM EXAMINATIONS

Students who miss an examinations through ill-health are required to provide a medical certificate confirming this. 

 

Students who fail to hand in assignments or who miss tasks through absence for reasons that are legitimate may be kept after school or asked to come in before school to complete the tasks.
